Conventional Space - Will sign up the property and do the fit-out as per the requirement with a commitment of lock-in term, All other charges like CAM, EB, DG, HVAC, and UPS will be @ actuals as per consumption.


Design and build -  will sign up the space with the developer directly or the client can take up the warm shell where we will come in as a fit-out partner and invest in the fit-outs with a committed lock-in term. 

 

Fit-out & Managed space -  Will sign up for the space and do the fit-out as per requirement. And also, manage the day-to-day operations of the leased premises.


Managed space -  will sign up the space with the developer directly and we will come in as a fit-out partner and also manage the office leased premises with a committed lock-in term.
